We picked the property because it was cheap, it included breakfast and the reviews were good. We only needed a place to sleep and breakfast. The property was indeed cheap, and it was clean. I did struggle with the bedding, we had a very thin sheet and a very thin cover (that kept falling off the bed). The Breakfast was some fruit and some packaged pastries. The TV would not let us switch to the HDMI port (to use our Roku). The pool looked clean, but it was still pretty cold out and we didn't use it.
