"Great location"

"My husband, myself, daughter and grandson stayed for 3 nights October 2026. The room was spacious, very clean. It was quiet during the night and the beds were very comfortable. We had no complaints at all. The ladies at the front desk were very pleasant also..the breakfast had good choices of different foods. I highly recommend this hotel. Couldn't have ask for better stay. Will definitely go back..BECKY"

"My daughter and I loved the pool and hot tub. Beautiful rock waterscape near the pool. We walked down to the river and adored all the lush greenery and well maintained plants. They even had lime trees and papaya trees. Room was great but beautiful property. We’ve been to PF for over 30 years and first time staying here. We will be back! Snacks, coffee, donuts and my daughter loved the slushie machine! Wonderful staff greeted me as well. I received daily texts about roasting marshmallows and...

"comfortable bed! great location to access everything!"

"Property was central location for the area and well maintained. Loved the breakfast area. Food was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"This was our 3rd time staying here...Last time was 2 years ago. Good location. Very convenient to everything. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was okay but the scrambled eggs were crumbly...couldn't tell if it was real eggs. Couldn't stand to eat them. Really only problem was hotel now charges $15 a day for parking...didn't know this before booking room."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Ramsey, Hotel and Convention Center. Our room was clean and nice. The staff was so kind and helpful. They even sent us a text to check on us and see that we were doing good. The breakfast was great ! The hot tub and pool were wonderful. We would definitely stay there again. I recommend going there and seeing for yourself!"

"Clean room, friendly staff. Great location"

"Breakfast was great 👍"

"Always a great time with many amenities for the kids, however we wished both of the slides were open at the same time for the little ones and the bigger kids."

"They did not clean our room as requested. As everything else it was ok"

"Room was clean. Location was close to major attractions."

"We stay here very frequently the rooms are always great staff is nice. Rooms are clean never have had any complaints."

"Awesome place"

"Our room was clean and it was nice to have a small kitchen with all appliances. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was great. On the downside-the entire area surrounding was not well maintained. It looked dirty and old. Our latch/lock was broken and we had to jerk, twist and work on it each time we went in. The walls were paper thin. We could hear so much noise from adjacent rooms especially above us."
