"It’s a good cheap stay near the end of the main strip. The staff is great. They were all very friendly. The pool is nice. Indoor that flows to the outside. I believe it’s heated. The bed was comfortable and the room was what we needed. Nice little kitchen with a few dishes and cookware. It’s an older hotel so it needs a good scrub. But not the kind of scrub that I’d expect the everyday staff to do. I feel like every now and then the company should send a crew in to do a deep clean. It has an elevator. It’s close enough to everything but far enough from everything at the same time. There’s beach access right off the pool area. The 2nd ave pier is steps away. Parking is limited at the actual hotel but there’s two overflow lots across the street. I will say that the first two floors that are beach side are not ocean view. It’s all blocked by the palm trees. Just something to keep in mind at check in. I’d stay here again without a second thought. Again, they have a great staff."

"The room was clean and very nice with a large refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave. There were utensils and plates, cups, etc. Even though it is listed as a beach view, it is not directly on the beach. Having a balcony is nice, but if you want to really see the ocean, you need to get on the top floor. However, beach access is an easy walk across the street and a small parking lot. Worth it for the lovely room and price. Also, there is no elevator, so be prepared for steps on floors two and above. The steps were easy to walk, and only one set was needed to reach the floor; multiple sets of stairs between floors. Again, worth it for the nice room and price. The staff was incredible. Very responsive and proactive in connecting with us. Great proximity to area stores, restaurants, and places of interest. It was a very pleasant stay, and we would book again!"
