"Very nice hotel. Excellent location just steps from the cathedral ad many museums, monuments. sculptures, many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a very good restaurant on the top floor with views of the city. There is also a gym with free weights and bikes. There was an issue with the reservation that was my fault and the night manager, Ricardo, spent a fair amount of time making calls and emails while also helping other guests. Due to his kindness, diligence, and professionalism, Ricardo resolved the situation completely for which i was very grateful. He did an excellent job helping me. Thank you again, Ricardo."

"Down town Guadalajara, lot shops,bakerys,coffee shops different Banks, in front of pharmacist and churches ALL WALKS DISTANCE. We come 3 time's a year."

"The size of the room was good. Greeting new customers needing to be reassess by Manager. Outside the hotel is a very rough neighbourhood. Not recommended for solo female traveller. I was really looking forward to explore Centro Historico in Guadalajara. I will not go back in that area again. I walked half a block and had to return to my room. It felt it was very dangerous. Very disappointed for the price I paid for the hotel considering the location and barely any amenities. Also was a lot further to get to the airport than stated on Expedia. It was 42 minutes from the airport to get to the hotel opposed to 21 minutes as stated in the publicity. I had to pay 300 pesos to get to Centro Historico and 450 pesos to the taxi cash money to get back to the Guadalajara airport ( their shuttle !!!). Pricey shuttle. "
