"I had a wonderful stay at The Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown. The location is one of the biggest highlights—right in the heart of downtown with easy access to the Riverwalk, restaurants, shopping, attractions, and public transportation. It made getting around Chicago incredibly convenient.
The hotel itself felt clean, modern, comfortable, and well maintained. My room was spacious, quiet, and relaxing, with a very comfortable bed and everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the property; it feels polished and upscale without being overly formal.
