"Very disappointing. The parking is on-site, but tight and hard to enter especially if people park inconsiderately. Do not be fooled by the photos of the hallway, the rooms (or at least our “family room”) was extremely dated and frankly like a hostel. Cobbled together furniture that looked like it had been donated and organised very poorly in the room. The bathroom looked like it may have been renovated in recent years but the shower was filthy, the pedal bin lid fell off as soon as we stepped...

"Thank you Mike was great host and so lovely and helpful"

"Self-check in, mould at the end of the bed in the sheets, cracks in walls, floors unswept, smelt of smoke upon entry (despite being a non-smoking hotel), found a bug on the towels, mould around the window, safety lock on window broken, door could be easily pushed open if not locked"

"We had a great stay! Sabrina was so friendly and helpful. We hope to come back soon!"

"Loved it!"

"It’s a convenient hotel if you have a very early flight from London city airport. Nice and clean"

"It was very good and I would go back"

"Enjoyed a stay for three days. Staff very willing and helpful. Excellent food. Enjoyed the different areas especially the beer garden when it was warm. Was woken by the kitchen extract fan at 6am, which probably was due to the secondary double glazing not fitting correctly. Needs some maintenance."

"The accommodation is well-equipped with all the essential amenities. However, the bathroom has a glass door, making it more suitable for couples than for friends or families seeking more privacy. The property is conveniently located near a subway station and shopping malls, and it offers beautiful views. Housekeeping is provided every seven days, but if you need fresh towels or extra toilet paper, you can simply request them from the front desk. Getting to and from the airport is also very...

"Although the restaurant staff were extremely helpful and the service was good, the food wasn't. It was comparable to a cheap pub. I also noticed that quite few of the customers received the wrong order, and it had to be sent back to the kitchen, then they had to wait whilst the correct food was prepared."

"Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there"

"We love this hotel and location. Super helpful staff and comfortable room - be aware they are a tight fit."
