"This hotel is a hidden gem. I give a 10 to all staff members with whom I interacted— courteous, efficient and welcoming. Room very clean, with simple and tasteful decor. Beautiful linens and super comfy bed. Spacious balcony with nice chairs where you can take in the spectacular river view. There is a walking area right on the riverbank with paths, benches and picnic tables. Outdoor swimming pool on site is delightful. I could not be happier and feel very lucky I found it! "So glad we stayed here! The house was amazing if you like history. Our hosts were wonderful, breakfast was delicious and downtown is a short walk away. The property is gated and felt very safe. "

"Clean and well maintained property. Felt safe walking the hotel property perimeter.
The dog area was clean and has extremely well lighting for the midnight dog potty breaks. Bring your own poop bags, as you should.
