Staff was friendly and room was clean. No ground floor rooms, no elevator, steep stairs to get to the rooms, no non slip mat for tub, no handles getting in and out of tub, pump bottles of shampoo and soap are high up in the bathtub.

Hotel is dated ! Old but staff tries to keep building maintained, had water leak in ceiling above stairway, room was comfortable but should have notice of no elevator for old or handicap people, 33 steps to the top . Staff offered to help carry up our bags, breakfast was OK, heating and cooling worked great, close to everything downtown. Staff made you feel very comfortable !!!

The staff guys were amazing. Haven't had a desk person volunteer to help carry bags in forever. The room was right on. The only thing we ran into is that there is no ground floor, nor elevator, so it was hard for my mobility limited wife to get to the first floor room.

I had a king sweet which is essentially two rooms next to each other that are opened up. It was nice and clean and we had a good time. Two separate TVs. Nice couch waiting area that folded into a queen bed. Pretty quiet area. Had a good sleep. Breakfast close parking. Pretty darn nice hotel for the price that was paid!
