"It was my first time staying at the Dormy hotel and I was really impressed. The hotel is clean and has lots of little perks that make it so pleasant. The breakfast was really a standout. I loved the variety of food and was able to eat breakfast and usually skip lunch because I was still full. The room comes with pajamas and slippers which was great. You can wear them to breakfast or wear them while you do laundry. It was nice to be able to do laundry for free (only drying costs money but very reasonable). The staff were lovely and polite. The location is good to take the airport limousine to and from the airport. It was walkable to transit stations (is in the middle of two subway stations) and some great shopping. It was blazing hot outside in August but the room was nice and cool. It was incredibly quiet - didn’t hear a peep from the other guests. There was yea and coffee in the reception area which was a great touch. The late-night udon was wonderful and enjoyed it several times. If you are staying in the area, it is a great choice. "

"Front Desk staff have been very responsive without hesitation on any inquiry I've placed. The breakfast was made complimentary to compensate for a lack of a working tv, due to my decline in a change of rooms first offered. Very ameniable and respectful employees at Hotel and CasaMeal Restaurant. I expressed my gratitude and complimented them. I would like the management to share this review with them all. "Really nice hotel that’s at a great location. Right by subway, food and shopping options all around it. Can walk to Hyundai department store in a few minutes. The staff was so nice and accommodating. We had 5 in our group which Uber doesn’t offer 5 seater - so the staff would call us a van each time we needed it. I highly recommend the hotel - and will definitely be back. "
