"The room was clean but no water or coffee refills got provided, although we got charged for them. No explanation for the resort fee was provided until the check out, so we had no idea that there was something extra we would be charged for. Needless to say we didn’t get a chance to take advantage of those “extra perks” included in the resort fee, as we didn’t know that they existed. Plus we were initially given a key to the room that had already been occupied, so that was awkward to walk in on someone in the room. The room we were finally given had a view of the dumpster sitting outside. Not impressed at all."
