"Bathroom was not cleaned well especially the wall in bath area. Need more care.
There was a wonderful buffet at Japanese restaurant which cost you only 200RMB but now they cancelled and serve only a la cart which have higher quality but it is quite expensive.
Overall is acceptable as usual."

"This hotel is in a prime location, where you can walk to tourist spots and business streets nearby. Excellent services(check-in and check-out, restaurant, daily room cleaning). As a newer hotel, facilities are still in great shape. Breakfast buffet offers both Chinese and western styles. Although the restaurant is not as big as some other similar hotels, its options are plenty and fresh.
We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it to those who would like to explore old town area(Gusu). "

Enige minpuntje was de bar in de lobby. Twee keer werd er door de dames een biertje ingeschonken en beide keren ging dat gigantisch fout. Je zou verwachten dat iemand die in een bar werkt een biertje kan inschenken. Beide keren lag de helft op tafel omdat deze dames door bleven schenken alsof het een flesje water was. Dat resulteerde...
"The Marriot Suzhou is at a quiet area away from commercial area. You need to take a taxi to the close by shopping areas and tourist attraction. Other than this, the stay in Marriot Suzhou can be considered as perfect.
Check in was a bit disappointing. The staff handling the check in was probably not trained properly. She informed that all is done and passed us the room key to go to our room. While walking to the lift, she suddenly rushed to us to tell us to make payment for the stay first....
