"Lobby was nice, the check in process was great, staff was helpful and then we entered our room. I had to do a bit of cleaning as it appeared some things were missed, but nothing compared to the overwhelming smell of mold in the bathroom. Staff sent maintenance which was a bit odd because there’s nothing he could’ve done in the moment to solve the issue but I guess the thought counted. There were silverfish bugs crawling around through out the night and finally when trying to leave there was only one working elevator. We had to wait at least 20 + mins to catch one because each time it stopped on our floor it was packed! Probably would not have this as first choice if I need to stay in the area again."

"The hotel itself was wonderful and very clean. My only issue was that i had the thermostat set to 65 and it barely got under 72 occasionally. I can’t sleep in a warm room. I barely got 2 hours sleep. I almost checked out at 2 AM because i was laying in bed soaked with sweat, wide awake."

"The water pressure in the shower is too low. The shower curtain is too short that the water gets to the floor when showering."

"We've stayed here before and enjoyed it. Came back and they are currently undergoing renovations. Room was great still but you will have to parden their mess and construction. Pool currently closed due to that."
