"We had the worst room - no windows, no mini fridge, very poor lighting overall and only 1 nightstand with a poorly functioning lamp. Cleanliness in the room could be better. One of the decorative pillows had a weird stain. Definitely not four-star amenities/quality. I've stayed in a variety of hotels over the years, and there are three-star ones that are a cut above Nopsi. Staff was very helpful and polite, the lobby area is very nice, as is the lobby bar, but overall this is very poor value for the money. I would not stay here again."
