Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre West Edmonton
The hotel was pretty worn out and could probably do with refurbishment. The gym definitely needs a refit with very worn equipment and an old water dispenser that was empty for most of my stay. My room was very quiet and the staff were excellent. It was good value for the money.

Kids enjoyed the pool. Having free breakfast and coffee onsite was a huge plus with kids. Enough seating for guests.

Douglas Fir Resort and Chalets
It was Rustic! The kids stayed in the loft and we stayed in the bedroom. Made breakfast and they gave us bus passes for the time we were there. It was a quick 8mins to downtown. It was nice first time in Banff.

Hidden Ridge Resort
We mostly enjoyed our stay. However after a long day of skiing we were looking forward to a hot tub. When we arrived it was completely full and we had to wait for an hour to enter. Falcon Crest Lodge by CLIQUE
Rooms and hot tub were great. Some plumbing issue in units above were fixed promptly and communication about it was caring. My family had 3 units whivhvwere all different layouts. I would have liked to see the layouts, but I went throughvExpedia.
