"This property was such a pleasant surprise! The price was unbelievable, so my expectations were low! LOVED it! I was traveling solo so I needed to feel safe. My room was beautiful, and it was on the 15th floor. Clean and spacious, with a very comfortable king size bed. The lobby was beautiful. There was a Chop Steakhouse inside the lobby that was beautiful, as well. I highly recommend this property! Staff was pleasant and courteous!"

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely view of the river. The only drawbacks were the small closet, which didn’t close properly, and the only breakfast option was the buffet. This property is located within easy walking distance of many restaurants and downtown attractions."

"Centrally located on a quieter street. I stayed one night. Property is a little dated but the price was very good. The room was perfectly fine and well equipped. Quite spacious actually. The staff were very helpful during check-in as well as with a dining accommodation in the evening. Breakfast area was crowded but had good options. Better than most 'free' breakfasts. Lot's of parking and very affordable ($10 with in out privileges)"

"Breakfast was odd at best. It said turkey sausage and showed a pic of a flat patty, but it looked like large undercooked hot dogs cut I half. Room was clean and well stocked. "

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"I was familiar with this hotel before it became associated with Sheraton. The transformation from what it was to what it is today is remarkable. Staff was great and it is very clean. The food in the onsite pub and restaurant was very good. If you are not familiar with the area it isn't as convenient to ammenities as some might prefer but the location does make it easy to get around with vehicle or mobile navigation. Definitely would stay again and would not hesitate to recommend to family and...
