"Thumbs down on managment team - we do a lot of travel - they were ready to leave students stranded on school travel because of a cc hold - which we were more than ready to do a cc authorization form like all hotels we’ve stayed thru last 10 years."

"Room had not been cleaned well we found old underwear from previous guest in closet and candy wrappers on the floor. Bathtub was pealing and water control handles barely hanging on. Breakfast was as expected and the staff was nice"

"Breakfast was pretty good for complimentary. The hotel location is excellent. Right off I-40 and close to many restaurants."

"There were no mention of pool closure anywhere - online or at the lobby, but the staff insisted seasonal closure is mentioned. The room Dos/Don'ts notice provided also listed pool is available, but it was not. AC vent faces at one of the double beds, so had poor temp control throughout the room. Multiple entrances are available to the building, but keycard didn't work to go inside at night, not sure about daytime access. Breakfast selection was okay. Coffee quality was very poor. "
