"The staff was rude and unhelpful and there was a stale smell in the rooms and gnats in the room"

"The hostess was extremely rude and unprofessional in appearance in her purple crocs. She asked if I still lived at the address on my DL and the purpose of my stay. I explained we just brought our grandkids for a sleepover since they had an indoor pool. She said future reference the owner had a policy that states you have to live at least 50 miles away to stay here. We only live 15 miles away. I wonder how the owner is taking part in the community with this policy. What if someone lost their home to a fire or tornado? They couldn’t stay here? Also, the hot tub was empty and roped off with caution tape. Looked like a major safety hazard. "

"No trash can anywhere in room. Room had small plastic trash by door on arrival "

"Quality and service was beyond my expectations"

"I did not sleep all night. There were young children screaming and a man yelling at them to be quiet all night. This went on from about 11 pm off an on until 4:30 am. I had to be up at 5:30 am."
