"Tout était parfait dans notre cas"

"Le personnel était très serviable et courtoisie. L'hébergement était très bien. Le déjeuner était très bien. Bon séjour à cet établissement."

"La propreté est l'aspect que j'ai le plus apprécié."

"Our stay was terrible, front desk was not as helpful. The hotel was busy which is good they are profitable but they booked us with the sports team floor. Teenagers running up and down the hall. When they decided to go to the pool and your there they horseplay the entire time, screaming like your in a school bus. The walk all around the hotel with blasting speaker. They try to intervene but they were alot of kids running around all the time. Terrible stay. They bang on our door all the time until...

"Déjeuner exceptionnel!"

"They charged us an extra 100 $ security deposit at check in. We haven’t used anything in the room besides the compliant tea or coffee. It’s now 6 days and we haven’t gotten the deposit back . We left the room impeccable and it was payed before our stay by Expedia. This delay has not happened to us at the Sheraton or other hotels. We will see if we get the money back. If not the hotel was clean, fine but nothing special for a 400$ room a night."

"I highly recommend this hotel. The front desk team are highly effective and they take care of their guests."

"Merci"

"The hotel is exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s cozy and clean, although everything is quite outdated, which wasn’t really a problem. However, the breakfast is very disappointing, with very limited options. If you’re looking for a good, filling breakfast to start a busy day exploring the city, I wouldn’t recommend relying on the hotel’s breakfast."
