"Hotel is situated in the downtown of Victoria Falls. Price and room facility are reasonable while the staff is reall helpful when they helped managing for local contact during my accident (ankle twist). Really appreciated their service mind and help (providing me the balm for my ankle). There is a minimart on the 1st floor so it is conveniece for you to buy something you may need. Really love staff/people there!"

"Hotel was great , staff from reception through to the bar/ waiting and to housekeeping were so lovely. All were very efficient. "The Victoria Safari Club is like an oasis, beautifully located and very quiet. The rooms are very comfortable and decorated to a high standard. The minibar was filled daily with the guest's preferred drinks :-) The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the wishes of every single guest and we felt spoilt and so well looked after. "It is not what is advertised, leaking and falling ceilings, mouldy bathrooms, dirty, smelt weird and don't know how this can be classified as a 3 star hotel.... cancelled our booking immediately and owner/management was completely unhelpful and trick you with false information. Disappointing and felt unsafe."
