"Visually the hotel is stunning, hotel staff was polite, friendly, and helpful. There are two elevators for six floors and wait times were 2 to 6 minutes to get up to your room fourth floor. My wife was trapped in the bathroom immediately upon arrival she physically could not open the slider door because it had come off the rail. It is a solid wood door, so I had to physically pick it up off the ground and open the door for her.. We called the desk and the staff was up in 10 minutes and fixed it...

"Room was clean and breakfast was good. Suggestion - put more than 2 bathing towels in the bathroom."
