"The location of this hotel is magnificent. The food both dinner and breakfast is great. Spare time to enjoy the scenery around the area."

"Hotel is on very bad condition, rooms are old, badly equipped, the jacuzzi is oversold. Honestly I would not recommend this hotel at this point until they finish the renovations which apparently they are doing. The room was uncomfortable.. the level of the furniture is like a hostel in Europe. In addition you’re in the middle of the desert and have to pay for every water, soft drink et. If it’s half board include the drinks! Food was also pretty average I would say.. and there is no alcohol....

"Great views nice rooms just a little hard to communicate with the owner"

"We booked a Bubble Tent… We did not get communication from this Mirage camp at all and had to track them down and had to have an Arabic speaker try to find this Mirage camp because the phone number on hotels.com/expedia was wrong. When we were finally given a pin drop to know where to go through WhatsApp of how to find the camp we were sent to a different camp called Hasan Zawaideh. "We did not get to check in at all as the property was inaccessible by our driver in his car. The road in was not paved and our driver thought only a 4 wheel drive could drive on it. The driver called the hotel and requested them to fetch us in but it didn’t happen. We had to book another hotel last minute"

"Egyedi a hely fekvése.

"Atallah didn't know or forgot he had a reservation. A few different guides and accommodations' people called Atallah for me (closed/no answer) or commented that Atallah didn't have any reservations. Seems like they all know each other; and 'Atallah" is a common name. But, it came down to me leaving Wadi Rum for Aqaba instead."
