"The cleanliness of the hotel"

"I like the hotel because of where it is, near to the beach, it has a lovely swimming pool, and gardens, and the staff are very nice, nothing to much trouble for them."

"A mixed bag. Close to being great but fell down in key areas. The rooftop area is great but service at the bar surly and slow. Music not chilled enough. Breakfast is a good spread but hotplate does not keep food hot enough. No service at all. Running out of bowls every morning then going to find someone who eventually and not too willingly turned up with three bowls. Reception team were great. Spa was pretty good."

"My wife was unable to get to the swimming pool area due to having to climb down steps and there is no ramp. Parking is only street parking"

"Great hotel, it was quiet when we went (end August) no problem with sun loungers, in fact some days it was empty when we got back from the beach/day out. Breakfast had good choices available. Staff were really friendly and helpful. You’ll need a car if heading away from hotel as it’s approx 20 mins from nearest beach. Misoro restaurant well worth a visit. Padel was free and 2 good courts. Definitely would go back again."

"Hotel Meridional feels like a wonderful well kept personal hotel rather than a large chain. The staff were friendly and helpful making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is substantial and varied and the restaurant dinner menu a delight. The sky bar has excellent panoramic views and great cocktail service."

"Love this place. Have a young family and it’s just great. Safe, clean, suite was good size, aircon worked, amazing views. It’s a golf hotel so don’t expect waterslides but the pool is huge and clean and we saw rabbits and woodpeckers"

"We had a great 4-day stay at Vita Verde. The location is great—it’s close to the beach, cafes, grocery and convenience stores and anything you can possibly need. The property is very clean and well-maintained. The wifi, AC and everything functioned well and we were very comfortable. Staff was also very friendly and helpful. The only thing I did not like is the bathroom layout. Opening and closing the door requires you to move behind the sink or go into the shower. Overall I highly recommend this...

"The Cano was a marvellous hotel providing everything a weary traveller could need, if not want. I had requested a room with a balcony, and that is what we got. The room itself was quite small, but it was very functional and the beds were very comfortable, and with the excellent air conditioning a good night's sleep was assured.
