"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "We stayed at the hotel for one night. We booked a room with lake view and the view was stunning ! Staff were really friendly, spa installations are amazing and free when you booked the room. We had spa treatment and dinner at the Fresque which we recommend ! "

"Lovely hotel with lots of amenities. After 5 nights the evening dining options felt limited. It is a child friendly hotel do steer clear if you want a quiet nights sleep and a relaxing time around the pool. Could do with an adult only pool. "
