"The hotel was amazing an so was the front desk. The only issue I had was that I paid for late check out because we had a very long day but the next day someone wakes us up and we're told we had to leave since check out was at 11:30 when I had extended check out to 1:30pm."

"I had a great stay at this apartment/hotel in Mexico City. The location is fantastic—safe, vibrant, and close to everything I needed. Parking was incredibly easy, which made arrival and daily outings stress-free. The staff were cordial and professional, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The only small issue was with the bathroom layout: the drawer didn’t stay closed, and it blocked the door from opening inward unless I reached in to shut it first. It was a minor inconvenience, but something that could easily be fixed. Overall, I loved the place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting CDMX."

"Amazing location near the Zocalo and it's very easy to walk around. The hotel is secure and the staff is friendly. Comfortable room for the price. The balcony on the 7th floor is was very peaceful to enjoy morning coffee. Complimentary coffee and tea is offered in the lobby and 7th floor. "
