"On checking in for the 3 nights were we advised there was no parking available & had to park at the convention center (high cost); disappointing being you can't book a car park so it's first come basis. We were then also quizzed about the car we had as they thought we had illegally parked out the front. Listing stated daily housekeeping yet reception informed us it's only every 3 days?? Not what I paid for. Found the staff short & poor communicators. Would not stay again."

"The other reviews are totally correct. I didn't think it could be as bad as it was. Very unclean. "

"Extremely friendly and helpful staff always ready to lend a helping hand"

"I always enjoy my stay here. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. And the parking close by is affordable and very convenient."

"Overall Very nice property, parking was challenging due to a car lift/elevator and tight parking spots."

"I booked a car park spot which was there, as I got near I rang to confirm how I could get to my parking bay. I was told I could drive in, you can only drive in with a security card so instructions were completely wrong and made my check in distinctly less satisfactory than it should have been."

"Fabulous lounge room and primary bedroom "
