The property looks tired and in need of some TLC. The room was clean with the exception of the oven. The kitchens aren’t very well stocked. One tiny frypan for a 2 bedroom apartment, no scissors etc. The tv didn’t work for 4 nights of my stay. At any given time one or two of the three lifts were out of order. The biggest concern is the location. It’s not walking distance to a big supermarket and doesn’t feel very safe to walk back alone at night.

Hotel is reasonable for the price. The area surrounding the hotel feels like the rough end of town near the courts. However, it’s a close walk to the swan river and Elizabeth quay which is really nice.

Overall the hotel was very nice, when we initially booked in and went to our room, the room was unmade and dirty. We went straight back downstairs and were promptly given another room, we stayed for one night. It was nice and close to the CBD and to the airport. The staff were very friendly.

Loved the size of the 2 bedroom apartment. It was huge! Comfy beds and clean apartment. The parking is convenient but the spaces are very tight. Would stay again though, good value for money.
