"The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. "The parking is not owned by the hotel, but is directly adjacent to it with an elevator that comes up to the front door of the hotel. Overall, an excellent experience in a very good area of town close to lots of restaurants I would stay there again."

"Excellent room with a view of the Loire, house-keeping were great every day, though the carpet was stained and needed more cleaning than expected of housekeeping. Breakfast was too often a daily disaster, this hotel needs to purchase more forks and more glassware, it was too often usual t9 need to eat Breakfast with a knife and dessert spoon as there were no forks, and to have orange juice in a coffee mug as there was no available glassware."

"The location was excellent, walkable to many restaurants and to the train station. The rooms were well-appointed and clean. The pool is small but in the heat-wave temperatures was an amazing area to cool down and relax."

"I don't usually write reviews but Morgan was so helpful I had to write one. We arrived with 2 young children who had just had a long ferry and car journey and needed to move! She was so accomodating, patient and helpful with us all while she was giving us local recommendations and answered all our questions. She also provided us some milk for the children in the evening when we couldn't get any from the shop. Thank you! The breakfast was also very good."

"Charming boutique hotel on a quiet street. We stayed two nights and it was perfect! Updated bathroom and comfortable room. No closet but that was ok for our short stay. The location is the best for wondering by foot through this charming town and steps away from many unique restaurants. Our room was air conditioned and we were thankful because we were visiting during the heatwave in June. The reception was pleasant and accommodating.
