"The hotel was stunning and very unique and the food was very good but the service was horrible - the woman working at the front desk was rude, I received 0 service by the pool and had to literally run around the entire property trying to find water. The pillows were so thick that my fiancee and I had to sleep on the mattress without a pillow…it was insane. They did try to fix the problem but they didn’t have thinner pillows or pillowcases that fit the actual pillow. Would not stay here again due...

"A peaceful and charming stay that felt more like a true B&B than a hotel. The grounds were beautiful and serene, with birds and animal sounds each morning, and the setting felt authentic to the city. It was easy to find, with convenient parking and just a short walk to the village. The loft suite had everything we needed, and the staff was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp. The only downside was the layout—no shower (bathtub only) and the toilet located downstairs—which was a bit challenging...
