He was extremely warm and helped us soo much with all the suggestions for the island and the hotel more broadly upon arrival. We were soo happy and impressed with the check in service offered by Noor Hafizul, thank you soo much! Farouk the hotel singer at dinner time created a very pleasant vibe and atmosphere, we really enjoyed the dinning experience, and having this live performance every night. The hotel itself has lovely beaches around it, with nice swimming facilities on site as well. The breakfast selection was also delightful! Room was as described, spacious and clean."
