"The location of the hotel is convenient, near to 3 MRT stations and in a safe area. Not so crowded, too. The room we were given is big, clean, and very cozy. Though the bathroom’s a bit small, it’s clean and stocked with bath essentials and toiletries. But what really made us enjoy the hotel are staff — they were really great and helpful, specially Rene the receptionist and the room attendant! They even offered us to check-in early since the room is already vacant. It is very much appreciated, Ms. Rene! "

"Easy to move around as it is very near to MRT Taipei Main Station. There is an underground passage that could be used in case it is raining. I booked a family room for 4. Requested for additional 4 pillows but was only granted 2 complimentary. Wish they could provide all 4. Thank you. "

"Hotel location is excellent. Free parking facility is good. I was confused about how to get the free parking, so I ended up paying for the first night parking. Hotel staffs were great. We left a folio in the room. They are able to delivery the item to me in time. "
