"The apartment itself is clean and in a great location. However, future guests should be aware of two important issues. First, there is no elevator, which made hauling two large suitcases up to the third floor a real workout; this definitely needs to be stated upfront in the listing description. Second, there was a persistent, strong odor coming from the bathroom that seemed structural (likely plumbing-related) rather than a cleanliness issue. It significantly impacted our stay. With those two...

"One of the nicest suites for the price yet. Will stay again."

"Ventus Rosa is a beautiful aparthotel in the center of Krakow, within 15 minutes walking from central train station. The one bedroom apartment was very spacious , very clean, very comfortable bed, 1.5 bathrooms and beautifully decorated, a true 4 star accommodation! It provides everything you need for a perfect stay! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby in the beautiful Old Town. They also offer the choice for a buffet breakfast. We will definitely stay here again if we will visit Krakow in the...

"Great property and fantastic central location. Clean and comfortable beds. I would have liked clearer information that key retrieval information comes on the day of arrival, and they could have asked if I wanted the sofa bed made up. Other than that all good"

"Location was good to get out and explore the beautiful river walkways very near by. Pillows were very uncomfortable and bed was to hard for my liking but not horrible! Price and cleanliness was very good. Needs a shelf in shower for toiletries. Outside voices carry as if they’re in the room with you. There’s not much of a sound barrier between the room and the outside. That being said, it is a fairly quiet area and there’s not a lot of foot traffic or vehicle traffic in the evening or night."

"The room that I had was right next to the washroom which was very nice. The room was for the most part very bare bones, it had the bed table, two stools, coat rack, a table, a lamp, a water kettle, plates and utensils. The common area was decent with a fridge and a microwave. The fridge was divided up for each room so I could put my items in my drawer. Overall I was quite pleased with the accommodation and I would stay there again as the public transportation was also very convenient and near...
