"Unfortunately this property should be labeled as a hotel, not a resort. Needs major upgrade and more amenities. The meals/buffet was wayyy too much money for what was being served. I won’t be visiting again."

"The best trip ever definitely better than a cruise. The Japanese restaurant really need to change chair as my husband fell out the chair due to been too loose. A few of our guest had to change chairs."

"I loved the property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. It was easy to get transportation into town. The snorkeling was pretty good at the beach and Pigeon Island was in walking distance. Overall, it was a great vacation."

"My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy.
The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction.

"I have only wonderful things to say. Everyone was so very lovely and helpful. I loved Shakina, the hostess in the dining hall, real down to earth. Attie, was so helpful when organizing an excursion. The entertainment team was great, I especially had a great time with Kimani and Elzea. As much as I bothered Emanie at the front desk, he never seemed bothered, he’s most pleasant. There are so many activities scheduled everyday, throughout the day.

"This was by far the best vacation we've ever experienced. The resort is phenomenal. The staff are friendly and top notch. The amenities and activities are fun. The beach and pool venues are awesome. The five restaurants are so good we stayed all week. We only left for one hike. I would recommend the villas with the private plunge pool which was so luxurious. We didn't want to leave. Breakfast was my favorite ever with so many choices of fresh fruit, omelettes, breads, even different healthy...
