"We had a great stay - from the moment we checked in until we checked out. At check in, we were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff member at the desk. We were very pleased with our room - it was even more spacious than we expected and had great amenities. The rooms are a bit dated (style/decor wise) but were very clean which is the main thing! We were also very happy that the outdoor pool was nice and warm for winter. We would recommend Ripple for families and will be keen to stay again...

"It was a nice very clean well equipped room. The staff are very nice and check in was friendly and nice people. The downside. The Tv not working at all annoyed us. No signal displayed for for just standard Tv. Couldn’t load an app because the internet was lagging. I’d rather that working than a heated toilet seat. "Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos."
