"Consider a trip to Okoroire Hotel you won't be disappointed. Hot Pools included in the price available 24 hours plus we got a free Continental breakfast. 9 hole Golf Course right by the Hotel. Good bar and deck and meals. We will be going again."

"The staff were very nice and helpful. This rating is based on getting what you pay for. In that context, the weeknight tariff was good value. It was clean and comfy. However, in line with other comments the property is well past its best in terms of condition. Somewhat rundown is apt. It suited us for an overnight late arrival/early departure but we would not stay longer. It is not too soundproof, Decor is old and gloomy. Curtains are ill fitting letting in light. WiFi was excellent. Room had...

"No issue with the property itself, they are renovating so good things to come I am sure. The only issue I had was the shower was not hot enough. It was a cold morning in Putaruru, and I really wanted a nice steaming hot shower, but sadly it just wasn't hot enough."

"We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back."

"Rooms were nice clean .There was small kitchen .Staff at reception was very helpful."

"Very tidy & clean facility. I had a room with a private spa which was fantastic. Incredible service - would highly recommend."

"We enjoyed our time here and the central location of the hotel. Breakfast was full of yummy options and the dinner we had at"

"Lovely place. Look forward to coming back."

"The park catered for our needs"

"Good location. When we booked, it was said that the breakfast was included, but the hotel tried to charge us. They accepted it when we gave them the confirmation. The room was spacious and the design was good, but things were worn out, from the doors, the heating system, the paint, etc."

"shops nearby"

"Kitchenette was literally a kettle and tiny fridge. Kettle wouldn’t fit in the sink in the bathroom so had to fill via cup. No way to clean dishes and housekeeping won’t come till day 3 so we had to ask reception for new cups and mugs when needed. No way to eat own food in room. The windows don’t close properly so all you can hear is people up and down the driveway. Reception closed at 6pm and there was no one to keep an eye on noise, which meant we were awake until 11:45pm thanks to several...

"Really nice hotel clean and in the center of downtown, you have may restaurants walking distance, the staff was really nice, yo also have kiwi park at walking distance and government gardens also, restaurant was really good and breakfast is great, I 100% recommend this place"

"Great location and value. Walkable to town and good, convenient parking. Building is a bit tired, as are the rooms, but staff is great and nice to have a variety of room types available. Would stay again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were amazing- so helpful and really good with my young boys. The pool was amazing…couldn’t get my boys out!! Would definitely recommend to others :-)"
