"Super cute hotel to stay for a quick getaway. Was pouring with rain and freezing cold the whole time we were there so didn't make the trek to the hot pool which was a shame. Next time!"

"We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back."

"Those at the front desk weren’t very welcoming and talked among themselves while standing there being unacknowledged. One of our biggest reasons for booking here was the heated swimming pool, however it wasn’t heated but very cold. The coffee from barista in breakfast room was terrible and very expensive. Car parking was across the street but poorly labelled so hard to find in the dark. The room had very little amenities but beds were comfortable. We would not stay here again."

"Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and living area. Two bedrooms worked well for 4 of us. Great having 2 toilets (one in the bathroom) and one on it's own. Enjoyed the spa pool each evening. Shower nozzle wouldn't stay up but we managed a work around. Staff advised they would get this fixed. Would be helpful to have a few more utensils as very minimal if you wanted to try and make a meal e.g. serving bowls, extra sharp knife."

"Die Lage der Unterkunft war okay. Es gehört jedoch an einigen Stellen renoviert bzw. besser gewartet. Das Personal war freundlich und der Parkplatz vor dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß, aber z.B. war der Vorhang mit vielen Löchern und konnte nicht richtig zugezogen werden."

"It is a very grand hotel and we loved our big king room, overlooking the racecourse! We dinned in the restaurant, with the food being lovely! Fairly priced, good portions, and range of food on the menu! The hotel needs patronage - it is a diamond amongst many hotels to choose from. We will stay there again!"

"Good location. When we booked, it was said that the breakfast was included, but the hotel tried to charge us. They accepted it when we gave them the confirmation. The room was spacious and the design was good, but things were worn out, from the doors, the heating system, the paint, etc."

We mixed up our arrival day and she managed to book us into another room for the night with no extra charge.. we booked through Expedia.. Would I stay again….. probably.
