The lobby was nice, the exterior was nice, but the room had been smoked in the past, and once that is baked into the walls and carpets, it never comes out. I can always tell because I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke. The caulk job in the bathroom left some to be desired. The check-in gent was very kind and efficient. "Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of diffent options. A bit disappointed that there werent soft drinks available on tap only in bottles or cans and they were a bit pricey at £2.75 for a small 200ml bottle of Pepsi. Limited choice of menu for evening meal and again a bit pricey but very nice. The rooms were excellent, comfortable and easily accessible. The staff were fabulous and very polite and friendly!"
