"FRONT DESK STAFF AND MANAGEMENT ARE TERRIBLE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"I loved the breakfast. The open bar"

"Hotel was clean, there was a musty odor but I feel that was the AC blower. Breakfast was good. There's only one elevator so some days it was tricky if people had a lot of luggage and were using a bell hop cart. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thank you!"

"Really convenient for a one night stay the gym was nice. Coffee was always available. Breakfast area was a little small but very good. Room sizes were good beds were very comfortable shower pressure was great. My only complaint is I think the walls are made out of paper. We can hear everything Our neighbor was saying we can hear them listening to music. We can hear them in the bathroom, we can hear them in the shower and their full on conversations. I could even hear the water dropping in the...

"HELPFUL STAFF CLEAN NO COMPLAINTS"

"Anything else, seriously. Hall way carpet stained and dirty, same with stairs. INDOOR Pool is COLD, paint and finish around chipped off, adjustment for hot tub? Nowhere to be found. Mold in bathroom on ceiling. At least the linens were clean. Don’t let the clean lobby fool you."

"Room was clean . Staff was great and very professional. Mattress seamed a little hard and the office chair was very uncomfortable. Overall a good place to stay."

"This hotel was great overall! It was clean and the rooms were very nice. My only suggestion would be to improve the breakfast experience. The hot items were lukewarm, including the eggs. Some additional fresh fruit and/or hot items would be a good add! Other than that, it was a great stay."

"Just perfect clean"

"Clean room. Some of the staff wasn’t very helpful. We asked for 2 extra pillows for the sofa bed in our room and he said they didn’t have any."

"Good place to be. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Breakfast was better than just eating just pastries. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc."

"My husband and I stayed here with our dog for 3 nights. It's our 2nd time staying here. We have family in the area we visit often and had trouble finding a decent hotel, but we finally have with this one. It's clean, everything worked. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Husband loved the bartender! Close to shops and food. Very happy with this hotel and will be staying again!"

"Nice"

"This is our go to hotel in the outer Nashville area! We love it!"
