I traveled there on a family trip. Upon arrival the hotel seemed clean and well put together. Once I went to the assigned room there was hair all in the bathroom and on the bed under the cover. I was assigned another room and that room also had hair all over the bathroom and on the pillow cases. I then was assigned another room for the third time and it was tolerable. The next morning we went down for breakfast and there was only one lady that had to manage the check in, cook and serve. Needless to say there wasn’t any breakfast food outside of dried out pork links, potatoes and cereal. I’m highly upset and this experience was very poor especially for the price I paid for my room. 9/10 I will not book there again! I actually need a refund.

No bed bugs! Found snack wrapper by the bed that wasn’t ours. No where to put dirty diapers. The breakfast cook didn’t show up so it wasn’t very clear how to get breakfast. So we just left.

Restaurant wasn’t open and when they were they were out of everything. I kept getting charged different amounts everyday. Shannon at the front desk was amazing. The one elevator was out. Parking was not good and our air conditioning wasn’t cooling like it should

We’ve stayed here many times, on both the Avid side and Holiday Inn. Typically we have had good experiences, but this time was not good. At all. We arrived to a lobby full of people waiting to check in. We were advised that their system was down and so they just needed us to “wait.” After an hour, we were offered waters. We were allowed to check in after that - 3 hours into our scheduled reservation time. When we arrived to our room, we discovered hairs in the bathroom, damaged walls, peeling wallpaper and poor lighting. We booked this room as a place to rest and relax before an early flight the next day. We turned the TV on to discover that there was no cable service. I called the front desk and was advised that the TV service had been down all day (no mention of this at check in). First world problem, but something you rely on is being able to turn on your TV in a hotel room and relax. The front desk offered nothing more than a “whoops” basically. The service was still out upon our check in and check out, the following morning. This feels like a fluke, our experiences are not often this way, but the hotel definitely needs a bit of TLC. We also witnessed several people attempting to eat at the restaurant advertised as being open to hotel guests with no luck, because apparently it’s no longer open - clearly another lapse in communication. Unfortunate regression because at one time this was a nice hotel.

The staff were delightful and went the extra mile. At the restaurant, the cook was leftnon his own bc someone didn't show up, but he did his best to be bartender and server as well. He got things done and had a good attitude.

The room was okay but one of the beds was uncomfortable and the air conditioning was very loud. We only stayed on the Avid side because it offered “breakfast “. Eggs, potatoes, bacon crumbles. Out of yogurt even though there weren’t many guests. Not the best. If we come again, we will stay on the Holiday Inn side.

Room was not clean. There were pubic hairs in my bed as well as pubic hairs in the shower on top of the toilet seat notified staff they said that they were handling the situation. The situation was not handled terrible stay there was super uncomfortable never will stay here again, never would I refer this hotel to any family or friends a one night layover was supposed to be an OK night which turned out to be the night from hell.
