"For a newer hotel it seemed very aged. Under construction. The sink would not drain. Remote controls for the TV did not work. Wifi was slow. Breakfast was good."

"He photos are misleading - one feels they are renting a beautiful retreat. It isn’t. The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. The interior was filled with flies - they keep landing on our heads and food. The owner’s acknowledged...

"TERRIBLE LIGHTING IN UNIT."

"Clean room"

"The door lock had issues with the room key every so every time we left the room we had to get new cards. Being in the top floor with 2 children and all of our belongings on a trolley was not fun. I mentioned it to the front desk 3 times but they never sent maintenance up to check the lock."

"Overall good experience at the hotel. Spacious rooms."

"Good value for the price, continental breakfast wasn’t much tho !"

"Great!"

"Close airport"

"Pool and hot tub were well heated. The hallway carpets need to be changed as they look like the same carpet when I stayed there for my wedding in 2000. The beds were not comfortable either. Must be the same bed since 2000. The pillows were more like throw pillows. There was no fluff to them at all. I had to use 2 pillows. The main elevator would close part way and then reopen every time I used it. Time to get it fixed."
