"He photos are misleading - one feels they are renting a beautiful retreat. It isn’t. The cottage is run down, with a large burn on the dining room table, holes in the sitting room ottoman, and a worn out couch that we all found incredibly uncomfortable. Lack of comfortable seating was the worst part of the stay - either one sits on the worn out couch, or the hard dining room table chairs. "The price online was reasonable and pics looked okay but the actual room was not great. The beds and linens were fresh and clean but the bathroom had floor staining and only 1 towel for each of us 1 facecloth and 1 hand towel. From 11 pm to about 1 am on our floor, doors were slamming about every 15 mins with no regards to tired travellers. Maids were knocking on our door before check out times as well. Not a great stay and surely will be our last."

"The 24 hr hot tub and pool was a pleasant way to rest after getting in late. We also loved having access to fresh water(cold,warm or even fizzy) on every floor with a refillable vase in your room."

"The rooms are nice! Big rooms! Nice and new. We felt bad for the waiter who was running the bar and restaurant by himself. He was happy and friendly even though he was very busy. The sheets felt like plastic. Beds were comfortable but please upgrade the sheets!!"

"I book 3 rooms and two of the room the central air and wahroom not working. They whole room was very hot since the air conditioner is not working. The washroom in one of the room not flushing well. Upon check out the receptionist told us that the manager will get hold of us but never received anycall from them."

"Breakfast is great there are variety of options. The room size is ok, however carpet is dirty and old, beddings and pillows are very uncomfortable."

"Every single staff member was friendly. The pool was working with the hot tub out of order temporarily when we tried to use it. At night time there was only one staff working, so we had to come down to the front desk if we needed something. I’m giving a 3 star because when we walked into the hallway on the second floor, it felt hot and stuffy. Inside the room, the living room area also felt very stuffy.
