"This is an airport hotel right - with limited shuttle access. For a 6:40 am flight they were only able to offer us either a 3:30 am shuttle or 5:30 am shuttle - neither of which worked for us. If you know you’re an airport hotel like at least maybe arrange for more shuttles? That’s the main perk no? Otherwise - the rooms were nice, beds were comfortable, a good sized mini fridge. I wouldn’t stay again because of the shuttle issue."

"The breakfast was wonderful, the property is pretty good. The bathroom was in need of a proper repair, as wall paper was peeling with appearance of black mold behind it. The outwork was very stained. But other than that it was a clean facility with friendly staff. "

"The hotel rooms were pretty clean but the property itself is a little dated. What was the most disappointing was the pool experience. The water was ice cold! We booked this hotel so that our family could enjoy the pool area for the day but we couldn’t even get in. We watched dozens of people take at least 5-10 mins just to get into the pool. It was horrible! Little shivering bodies everywhere. We are so used to the temps at Mac Island in Fort McMurray that this was a huge deal breaker as to whether or not we would book here in the future, unfortunately…"
