"Long walk inside terminal to hotel but the hotel is on the airport campus. It was a nice more modern hotel and that was welcome at the end of our long vacation. Good reliable place to stay especially if you need to catch a plane at LHR the next day."

"I chose this Hotel due to the location for a visit to Hampton Court Palace. It was only a short drive to the Palace and Richmond, great local pubs ! Couldn’t fault the Hotel, fantastic breakfasts, fabulous gardens and friendly staff. "I had a flight canceled with a new flight out in two days. This Novotel was available. I took a chance booking a room and I’m glad I did. The location was perfect to visit Kew Gardens. The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet and a diverse lunch and dinner menu. I would stay here again if I had a few days layover in London."

"The apartment was wonderful and attractive, although the room I did expect was a room with separated living room as I saw in the advertised pictures. It was very comfortable with facilities to cook. We slept very well in the very comfortable bed after our long journey in Europe. The receptionist was very nice. We enjoyed our 4-night stay there a lot. It would be perfect if the body lotion, shower cap and dishwashing liquid would be provided in room too. It was not so convenient for public...
