"Wir hatten super schöne zwei Wochen in der Altamira Residence. Unsere Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzerin war immer erreichbar und ist sehr sehr nett! Egal was wir hatten, wir konnten uns immer an Anna wenden und sie hatte einen Tipp oder hat uns geholfen. So einen super Service habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Da der Strand in der Nebensaison nicht bewirtschaftet wird, hat sie extra für uns 3 Liegen reserviert und den Pool für uns gereinigt und offen...

"La signora Sara proprietaria del Hotel prepotente ,arrogante ed aggressiva verso i clienti .Mi dispiace tantissimo ,ma queste cose rovinano l immagini del portale Hotels.Stanza piccola senza balcone per 4 persone , che puzzava. Cameriera gentilissima ma sfruttata. La formula tutto incluso è solo per la colazione, il pranzo la cena ,per il restante è tutto a pagamento (caffè ,acqua,the,ed altro). "The owners were very kind, accommodating and extremely helpful. They ensured we had everything we needed and were available throughout our stay in case we had any questions. The location was perfect - a short 5-7 mins walk to the waterfront where there are beautiful beaches restaurants and shops.
