Viaggio molto per lavoro, ma una cosa cosi non l'ho mai vista. Servizio inesistente, incontrato il personale pe rio check-in e mai più rivisto neanche per il ceckout. Stanze vecchie e mal tenute, ragnatele e relativi insetti in bagno ed in camera. Peli nella vasca da bagno Io sono un tipo che mi adatto ma qui siamo veramente ai confini della realtà; In giro ho speso meno o uguale e sono stato in strutture nettamente migliori. Ed ero a Controguerra.. neanche fossi stato a Roma..

Pessimo!

Purtroppo la persona che doveva soggiornare in questo agriturismo non ha raggiunto il luogo perché difficile da raggiungere. Il proprietario non raggiungibile al telefono non ha chiamato ne ha aiutato la persona con spiegazioni. Scortesia e maleducazione. Non ho avuto nemmeno il rimborso benché la colpa non era da attribuire a noi.

Bel giardino e bel panorama

Mancanza di pulizia sotto tutti i punti di vista. La signora é stata disponibilissima a farci fare check-in nonostante l'orario d'arrivo fosse oltre l'orario standard previsto dalla struttura.

A friendly place

We stayed a night on the way to Vieste. Pretty place and very friendly owner. The rooms big and very clean and they have a pretty garden with a beautiful view.

Good value, has problems.

The hotel is just 1km outside of the town center and easy to miss (it's on a bend). The grounds are pleasant with facilities for sitting outside and the place has a good view. Booked out of season for 2 nights and stayed 4 nights. This is a very inexpensive place to stay but of course, do not expect luxury. Good room size but everything was just that little old (hey it's not a hotel!). Room 8 on-suite is fitted with a maserator which just about functions but do be careful not to put anything other than toilet paper in it. The toilet is a very tight fit opposite the shower and as such, the best way to sit on the toilet is to first open the shower (sounds crazy?). The shower needed repairs as the base had insufficient support and the plastic cracked letting water all over the shower floor. Of concern though, was the wiring. An extension cable powering the fridge had worn and there was bare live wiring. These rooms need to be checked for safety!!! Breakfast was in a nice breakfast room and there is a coffee vending machine which I could not access. Could not see any other facilities for tea/coffee. All in all the place was good value for money and in summer would have been pleasant (note: take some sort of mosquito repellent - they bite!). The safety and maintenance need to be looked at - not good! There is a pizzeria/restaurant just round the bottom of town if you want a nice meal, otherwise, a nice coffee/bar by the fountain. Parking is available.

B&B carino nell'entroterra

La camera è priva di bagno. Maggiore aspetto negativo: la finestra dava sulla strada e per cui la camera era molto rumorosa, nonostante ci fosse poco traffico. Ogni auto che passava sembrava fosse in camera... Aspetti positivi: wifi gratis, camera pulita, parcheggio interno, bel giardino.

Una villa in campagna a due passi dal mare

Durante un viaggio verso il Gargano con mio marito abbiamo deciso una sosta e la possibilità di visitare Ascoli Piceno. Il B & B si trova a cinque / sei km dall'autostrada in leggera collina, tra campi ed alberi, soprattutto ulivi. Ha un giardino molto romantico dove,scegliendo una vacanza stanziale, si può' godere un vero relax. Noi abbiamo scelto dedicare il pomeriggio per conoscere Ascoli, una città d'arte veramente interessante e molto vivace. Sono innumerevoli le manifestazioni che si susseguono durante l'anno e ben organizzata l'accoglienza turistica. La piazza principale e' tra le più belle d'Italia. La distanza dal B&B e' di una dozzina di km con una comodissima superstrada. L'offerta dei dintorni prevede però molte altre attività di carattere naturalistico e la spiaggia più comoda dista solo 4 km. Altri clienti anche stranieri ci hanno raccontato di fermarsi per tre settimane proprio per fare il mare dormendo al fresco.Il luogo e il costo sono veramente competitivi. La gestione e' di una gentilezza rara, le camere molto ampie e attrezzate. La cena ci ha permesso di gustare piatti tipici in un ristorante vicino.
