"The staff were wonderful - helpful and respectful. Check in and out was quick and easy. The room was clean and well maintained. The room was very small for two people but we made it work. The public bath was great once we were confident in the proper procedures to use it. We relaxed after a long day of walking. The massage was great too. I liked having the 7/Eleven on site. The restaurants in the hotel and surrounding areas (Osaru Coffee) were great and reasonably priced. Overall, pleased with the hotel, staff, and our stay there. Felt safe and close to shopping and food options. The pool was advertised when we booked but wasn’t/didn’t open while we were there. We could still go up to the 44 floor (where the pool and restaurant was) to check out the view. Impressive."
