"The staff was very friendly to us while we stayed. Our problem with this property was the furniture. Our bed was rock hard and not comfortable. The 4 pillows were also hard and lumpy which made sleeping uncomfortable. The couch in the room was cheap and not pleasant to sit on. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel on our second visit. The room we were given was modern, spacious and had wonderful views of downtown. The breakfast buffet was delicious, of a high standard, varied and kept topped up and fresh throughout. The staff from the reception, to those at breakfast especially Carlos, Penina and Deva were particularly attentive. The location was accessible to all the main sites in downtown Toronto. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with high standards of customer service and efficiency."
