"Yes it was spotless, excellent room that was given to us, with an incredible breathtaking view on both sides of Canadian and USA Niagara Falls, newly renovated , 3 beds and 2 bedrooms. Just excellent for romance destination, couples and families. Thank you for accommodating us so well. Breakfast included, from the valet crews and all staff of the hotel, they were hospitable, great smiles and polite I highly recommend and for sure we will be back again."

"Very friendly and helpful staff! We had a very cold room and told the front desk staff. He said he would have maintenance check on this issue. We listened to music and had drinks in the bar. When we returned to our room, maintenance had replaced the temperature control in our room and it was warmer! We were very impressed!"
