"There’s a strange way of getting to some of the rooms where you have to go downstairs before eventually climbing back up. The hotel itself is very well maintained although I’d wonder if the golf course sometimes takes a little of the priority."

"Everything about my stay was excellent;.e.g., room, service, meals, bar, garden and patio, location - natural beauty, easy costal walks. They had some young staff learning their trade in the restaurant - good to see."

"Was a nice place as it a golf club and spa thought it would be quite but our weekend they had a load of kit sport cars and on both Saturday and Sunday there where outside reviving the car engine from 6 :30 in the morning so wasn’t relaxing at all which was a shame cos it was beautiful hotel and grounds"

"Hotel had plumbing issues and willing staff need direction. Under new management who are still trying to get to terms with the job. Its a shame because fundermentally it could be a great hotel."

"Stayed one night and had a pleasant stay. Room was clean, bed was perfect and slept like a log. Didn’t use any facilities so can’t comment but was good value for money. Corridors do creak but didn’t bother us."

"Staff were very helpful. Sadly, there are no food and drink services available. The room was small. It had been recently decorated, but in a slapdash manner. Beds were comfortable and linen clean. Disappointingly, there seemed to be no housekeeping - beds left unpaid, cups unwashed.... It is v much a budget place."

"Grace was super friendly and kind and made our son laugh making jokes with him. She gave us her advice on what food to order when I asked and it didn't disapoint. All the staff were super lovely. Hotel was really nice and clean, lovely swimming pool and chill out area. Lots of spaces to park."

"The side entry pod was at the bottom of a quiet row. It was surprisingly well appointed with one of the best showers I’ve had when staying away for a long time and a comfy bed. The site itself had a fab shop with everything you could need. Will look to stay again when I’m in the area."

"We were greeted by very helpful & friendly staff and from the outside the hotel looked great. Sadly the decor inside the property left a to be desired with peeling paint work and thread bare carpets on the stail ways. Not the most encouraging introduction. The shower gel container was empty on arrival and the room was incorrectly made up on one occasion, set for single despite having been correctly attended to previously for us."

"We upgraded for a spa suite and were not disappointed! It included a lovely sitting area, big bathroom with shower & bath and a very comfortable bed. As well as straight access into the spa area. The lady on reception was very helpful when we checked in. The room was modern, clean and really spacious. There is also a mini fridge and bits for tea, coffee & hot chocolate and bonus cookies which were a lovely extra. The spa was very busy when we stayed but we still managed to try all the areas...

"Great stay at the Bob W London! We arrived early from Sydney but were able to store our bags safely before heading out. Great location, quiet street but close to everything we needed. Comfortable and a nice retreat from full days of exploring London!"
