"Room was very clean, property is dated though. We had comfortable 2 nights. Staff was very friendly. Only low point was the shower, very low water pressure and took a while to heat up."

"A very good location, opposite the King's Lynn Minster, at the end of the High Street, and close to the riverside. The suite was very large and well equipped. Clean and comfortable."

"Lovely Hotel, room was clean, bath was superb and shower, we stayed in The Lawn Rooms and they were really well equipped.
Staff really friendly in The Feathers, breakfast was lovely.
Highly recommend a stay at The Feathers in the centre of Holt, especially on Market Weekend!"

"The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced.
We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted.
We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job."

"We had a lovely 4 night stay while visiting family in Great Yarmouth. The staff was first class and took care of our every need. We had a great breakfast each morning and a very good light dinner on one night during our stay.
We will stay at the Imperial Hotel on our next visit."
