A representative told me I was “lucky” to have received my paid late checkout because “they don’t do that for people.” As a Latina guest, this comment felt insensitive and unprofessional. Words matter, and staff should be trained in customer service, sensitivity, and bias awareness. The manager apologized, but no resolution or reassurance was offered.
