"The location was great, close to the trainstation and shopping and also close to the citycenter. The room was very clean. Breakfast was not buffet, but a choice between 5 sets which is ok if you are only staying for a few nights. It was located on the corner of the building. The only thing which should be made more clear is that what you see online is not necessarly the room you will get, but more like examples of what you might get."

"Absolute gem!! The apartment was exactly as described, so comfortable, and a great location. Far enough away from the touristy areas that you felt like you were in a local neighborhood, but close enough that it was an easy walk to many of the highlights. I only wish that we had more time to explore all the local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"The location is out of the way but with easy transit connection. We had to reach out on WhatsApp to get the door codes. We chose it for parking but host at first did not give us a spot (had to ask). The Wi-Fi was surprisingly not functional and the TV cable was unplugged behind a chair. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The staff was super responsive on WhatsApp, though, and tried to help with the TV (which we sorted out after all, though after missing a chunk of a World Cup game)."

"The hotel is spotlessly clean and front desk staff very helpful. Great location though rooms on street are noisy with partners and traffic. We solved it by closing windows and using a fan for white noise. So great hotel with that caveat"

"The Aparthotel is situated in the perfect location, everything is in the walking distance. It’s close to the river as well. It was clean and comfortable. The sofa bed didn’t have the thickest mattress, so you may want to ask if they could provide something to make it more comfortable. The bed was super comfortable though! The rooms were clean and very nice! Would definitely recommend."

"Great apartment for a family. It was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, close to a tram stop, grocery stores, and within easy reach of Krakow’s Old Town. A garage parking spot was also available, which was very helpful."
