"Great hotel - got some minor issues in the room but the staff came around and fix it very quickly."

"Wonderful hotel with staff that went above and beyond to make myself my wife and our son welcome. Everyone was helpful and the breakfast was superb. The pool was clean and the whole hotel was a delight to stay at!"

Staff were really helpful when I went to the beach on always accompanied me to check all was ok. Is it the prettiest no! But everything is well thought out and works. The staff are what makes this hotel."

Check-in at 11 PM was smooth, and the front desk staff were welcoming enough to offer a room upgrade. The lobby was very modern, clean, and stylish, and the location was super convenient - just a short drive from the airport. Unfortunately, what should have been a flawless budget stay turned into...

"This used to be my favourite hotel in/around Muscat, but the price just far exceeds the value now. The pools are great; though unfortunately, despite being informed at check-in that we had access to all the pools, a significant section of the pool was in fact roped off. "What a great hotel! Super clean and comfortable bed with blasting AC! The restaurant is fabulous! Quite the spread for breakfast and Dinner plus you can order a la carte. Close to airport and affordable. They even have a spa at hotel! I was disappointed with services at the spa though (paid for a 90 min service received less than 60min-I did say something and was able to get 20 more min the next day but the gal seemed annoyed and it wasn't a great massage) so wouldn't recommend. Other than that,...
